As of Feb. 2013, we changed our name! Collins House Inn is now Medota Lake House B&B This prairie school mansion was designed in 1911 by local architects Claude and Starck. It is located in downtown Madison in James Madison Park on the shore of Lake Mendota. The Collins House is within walking distance to the UW-Madison campus, state capitol, Overture Center, State Street and many other cultural venues. Update description
